Bus station is maintained well and having more than 14 bay.
The place and environment are alright but not the buses. Buses with no air-conditioning shouldn't take passengers. We pay a long distance to Dublin. With this hot weather, we have all been suffering the heat in the bus and like suffocation. Kids crying all the way from Dublin. Please be kind and don't get involved with other passengers. The bus should take an inspection and maintenance before you get to your journey. 27/7/2023. The driver also admitted the bus already has this problem but why still drive the passenger?
Decent Bus station with friendly information and ticketing staff. Information is clearly displayed on a giant departure board and platform numbers are clearly marked.
Pretty clean and seating, though not enough when it's really busy. The station is right next to a shopping centre, so even you you come too early for the bus, there's something to do.
A bit old but a decent bus station. This is the primary bus station and interchange serving Belfast. There was a short waiting before we were able to board. Staff are friendly and theres a huge timetable monitor to track travel schedules.
Convenient, functional and punctual services, with easy to understand and clear timetables for both bus and trains. Would benefit from a better cleaning schedule though.
Is functional with numerous shops. Information counter staff very helpful and friendly. Toilets are free and "ok".
we are a family of 4 and had to get a bus from belfast to Dublin as we were travelling to France for our sumner holiday. My husband tried multiple times to buy online tickets and was unsuccessful so we thought we were able to purchase them at the ticket office. When we arrived the ticket lady said the tickets were all sold out and I asked her if she could offer advice as we were going to miss our flight and she suggested a taxi.
After looking at alternative bus companies and trains this was going to be the only option and would of costed a fortune. I happened to go to another ticket booth and spoke to Cassie who was so helpful. She said she would see if there were any cancellations on the next bus- Thankfully there was. Cassie went above and beyond and was so professional and helpful. What could of resulted in an awful start to our holiday worked out fine thanks to Cassie-the security guards and bus drivers were all lovely too. Thank you! x
Bus Centre is behind the building.Walk along the Europa Hotel, you can see the entry of the bus center. We took the bus from here to Dublin airport.
